I heard the government have come up with yet another great idea, I heard they have/will bring out a phone number (13-HOON) where motorists can ring the number and report 'hoons'..  Now obviously there are some people that may participate in some dangerous/illegal activities on the streets, but I think it just makes it so much easier for innocent drivers with a good looking car to be targeted and labelled as 'hoons' for some very minor offences.

If it ends up with the police tagging your car, it could lead to non stop harassment and even the confiscation of your car!?  Can't see it being a good thing for many people..

Does anyone know if it has already started or has any more details?

i think its allready on now, will be a kunt if it happened to me putting my foot down from the lights. what some people call Hooning is different to other people... wont be good for many motor heads.

inocent parties are going to get caught up for sure.
